Isha Life's Adai Dosa Instant Blend brings the traditional and nourishing flavours of Tamil Nadu to the breakfast table. A healthy alternative for breakfast, it combines the goodness of urad dal (black gram) and toor dal (yellow pigeon peas) along with other lentils, traditional spices and rice.

It is an essential instant blend so you can enjoy easy-to-prepare and delicious dosas every day.

How to prepare?

1. Mix 1 scoop of Adai Dosa mixture and water
2. Mix 1/2 scoop of cream cheese and salt to make a smooth dough
3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
4. Heat a flat frying pan over medium heat and brush it with a little oil
5. Spread 1 tablespoon of batter in the pan in sweeping, circular motions to form a pancake
6. When the surface looks cooked, turn it over and cook for a minute.
