Bhuta Shuddhi ISHA Set

The Bhuta Shuddhi set comes in a cloth bag and includes the following items:

- Bhoomi container
- Camphor container
- Copper water container
- Two small plates
- Bhuta Suddhi mantra on a roll of cloth
- Set bag

The basis of all creation, including the physical body, is a group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire and space. The well-being of body and mind can be ensured by cleansing these five elements in the human body. This process also shapes the body as a stepping stone towards ultimate well-being.

There is a whole system of yoga called Bhuta Shuddhi, which means "purification of the elements." The Bhuta Shuddhi processes offered by Isha provide everyone with a unique opportunity to benefit from this esoteric science of yoga, which otherwise requires intense sadhana (spiritual practices).

Bhoomi comes from a particular region in the Velliangiri Mountains where Sadhguru spent time and performed sadhana. It is purified and consecrated before being offered for use in the Bhuta Suddhi process.

The camphor included in this kit burns without residue and is composed of crystals made from natural ingredients that purify the air when ignited.
