How to prepare ?
1. Mix 1 scoop of the Adai Dosa mixture and water
2. Mix 1/2 scoop of cottage cheese and salt to make a smooth dough
3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
4. Heat a flat frying pan over medium heat and brush it with a little oil
5. Spread 1 tablespoon batter in pan in sweeping, circular motions to form a pancake
6. When the surface looks cooked, flip it over and cook for a minute.
