Adiyogi Abhaya Sutra (Black)
Sutra – More than just thread The sutra is a specially consecrated cotton thread that serves as energy support. This is not just a string, but a tool to help achieve ambition and remove anxiety and negative influences.
Types of sutra:

Linga Bhairavi Abhaya Sutra (Red): An energetic thread from Ling Bhairavi temple. It helps to realize desires and remove fear and bad dreams.

Adiyogi Abhaya Sutra (Black): Consecrated in the Dhyanaling sphere; it absorbs the energy of this place that the wearer can carry with him.
Rules for wear and use:

How to wear: Women should tie the sutra on left wristand men on right.

Binding: It is recommended to tie three knots.

Duration of wear: It should be worn by a minimum of one mandala (period 40 to 48 days).

Photo: Sutras must not be cut with scissors. Untie it or fire it.
Method of disposal (after wear):
After the end of use, the sutra should be treated with respect and disposed of in one of the following ways:

Bury in moist soil (e.g. under a plant).

Tie to a flowering fruit tree.

Burn and apply ash to the chakra vishuddhi (pharyngolosis) and chakra anahata (place under the chest).
Consecrated (offered) objects as ritual objects are non-refundable. They should not be passed on to others after use.
