Kadukkai or Haritaki, popularly known as Hindi Harde, are considered to be an effective remedy for many health disorders and are helpful in all 3 doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. According to Ayurveda, Haritaki is a powerful laxative, rejuvenating, astringent, anti-bile and antioxidant.
