How to use?

Internal use: Add 1-2 teaspoons to warm water or buttermilk and consume twice daily before meals.

External use: Mix 2 teaspoons of powder with rose water or milk and prepare a paste. Apply evenly to the face. Leave on for ten to fifteen minutes, then wash off with cold water.
